Chai Smoothie
This
recipe is so simple it almost feels like cheating but sometimes, simple
is best, right? A refreshing, creamy and frothy confection, this
smoothie whips up quickly and is just sweet enough for those of us who
don’t like the ultra-sweet taste of most bottled beverages. If you are
looking for something sweeter, though, feel free to add a little more
liquid sweetener like maple syrup or a pitted medjool date or two.
