Golden Latte
Serves one
1/3 cup of unsweetened soy milk
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
A pinch of ground Himalayan salt
A pinch of ground black pepper
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
optional
a shot of expresso
1 teaspoon of the vegan sweetener of your choice
Mix all the ingredients (except the optional ingredients) in a milk pan
and heat gently for a few minutes. Whisk the warm milk until frothy (or
use a blender). Pour into a cup and add the optional ingredients if
desired. Stir and enjoy.
