My Best Smoothie
This is my favorite, nutrient-packed smoothie. It’s sweet but also full of so many vitamins in every glass.
My Best Smoothie 1 cup tender greens, like romaine lettuce or spinach
½ cucumber, half peeled and sliced
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
2 medjool dates (pitted)
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon ground flax
1 ½ cups water
1 cup ice
Blend and enjoy.
