Pumpkin Cream Cheese Spread

Is it that time of the year again? I’d say so! This spread works great on bagels, tortilla roll-ups or even spread on apples. Pumpkin-y and rich without being cloyingly sweet, this will make any autumn enthusiast swoon.
 
 

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Spread

8-oz. vegan cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup plus 2 tablespoons pumpkin purée
(not pumpkin pie mix)
2 tablespoons real maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice blend
(optional)



In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together until smooth. You can also use a stand mixer or food processor to mix. Mix thoroughly and serve.
