Chocolate Pecan Pie Smoothie 1 cup water or non-dairy milk
1 ripe banana
¼ cup quick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons unsalted pecans
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 soft dates, pits removed or 1tablespoon real maple syrup
1 teaspoon blackstrap molasses
1 cup ice
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
