Fruit Pizza
This
is a great recipe for making with the kids or anytime you want a
no-fuss, sweet treat. It really couldn’t be easier so that it’s all I
need to say about it: tangy, creamy, soft and sweet. What’s not to
love?
Fruit Pizza 4 oz. vegan cream cheese, softened
1 ½ tablespoons apricot jam
Assorted fruit, sliced if large
1 plain vegan pizza crust or crescent roll, rolled into a pizza shape, baked and cooled
Mix together the cream cheese and apricot jam with a spoon until
integrated. Spread on your cooled pizza crust and decorate with fruit.
Enjoy or keep in the ‘fridge and enjoy later.
