Cranberry Orange Smoothie
Robust with the tangy flavors of the season, creamy and of a lovely
pink hue, our Cranberry-Orange Smoothie is easy and quick to make and
packed with vitamin C, also a good choice in the winter. If you like
things more sweet than tangy, consider adding the optional maple syrup.
Cranberry Orange Smoothie
¾ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
¼ cup orange juice
½ cup non-dairy vanilla yogurt
1 - 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup, optional
1 peeled banana
1 peeled navel orange, pith removed
½ cup frozen cranberries
4 - 5 ice cubes
Put in the blender in the order of the recipe and enjoy. This makes two large drinks; halve if you want for just one.
