Creamy Pesto Spread
15-ounces Great Northern beans or preferred white beans
¼ cup cashews, soaked for 30 minutes until softened and drained
4 tablespoons vegan pesto, homemade or store-bought
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine in a food processor and process until smooth. Add any additional seasonings to taste.
